| All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. |

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of placing your order.
Standard delivery fee is $10 to anywhere in Australia.
Overseas delivery fee is $20 (New Zealand only).
We only deliver to Australia and New Zealand at present. |

| Returns Policy |

| If what you have received is not as you expected and you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a full refund on the return of your purchase within 10 days of receipt. |

| If what you have received is damaged, we will gladly offer you a replacement item or if unavailable, a full refund on the return of your purchase. |

| Damaged goods must be advised by e-mail within 2 days of receipt of purchase. |

| The items being returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition, and returned in a manner that will not damage the items.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the return is an error on behalf of Fussy Feet. |
